King Suite is nice, proper, spacious with a salon lounge area with a good size sofa, desk and big screen television - the bedroom space has a king size bed, big screen television, a small coset and a coffee bar/fridge pantry. The bathroom is well designed, spacious and well attended in cleanliness. It is a nice room.

Room was so clean and comfy bed. We came for my birthday and we got a free upgrade and a nice birthday message with some treats left for me, I was not expecting that and it was incredibly nice. We checked out at about 8:45 and the breakfast was still available.....they had cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, sausage, bacon, omelets, 3 different juices and tea, coffee and hot chocolate, it was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good and had a variety of options, hot and cold. Coffee and hot water were available all day. The room was large enough to move around comfortably. I signed up for membership and was upgraded to a suite. We had the option of Netflix on the TV which we used. Location is right off the highway but not within hearing.

Good selection for breakfast and plenty of room to sit. Room was very spacious, clean, well appointed and offered two TVs and a large bathroom. Shower was quite good.

The staff are amazing. They are all kind and extra mile helpful. We loved our stay. The breakfast in the morning is great! There are wonderfully friendly staff who help you out and make all feel like they're VIP's. It was really refreshing to see such amazing customer service and such happy people! Great work to all of you!

Clean, clean, clean, big king bed, linens were clean and smelled great. Bathroom very clean. Staff friendly, breakfast was self serve and quite good. No pet policy which we very much appreciate! No dog hairs anywhere!

This hotel was very clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Its a great choice for a place to stay in Kamloops. Breakfast was included and so was the wifi.

Outstanding breakfast. Best included breakfast I have had at a hotel anywhere. Lady in charge was a dynamo!!!! Very nice roll in shower is accessible room.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, very clean, has everything one needs for an enjoyable stay including a copious breakfast. Coffee and tea are graciously offered! Very friendly and helpful people at the front desk. The breakfast attendant is really friendly!
